Customer Support Representative
Ideal candidate will be the first in line to provide support to our customers. Primary duties involve problem-solving by phone and email in a professional-friendly manner. Our customer support representatives are responsible for providing information on product troubleshooting and usage. Knowledge of our products as well as the saltwater aquarium hobby is a necessary. Secondary duties will include warehouse work and shipping. Salary is dependent on experience.

Candidates Should Possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft products and email
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Organizational skills
• Mechanical ability to do repairs
• Experience working in a problem-solving capacity

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer support issues with urgency
• Organizing and managing all parts
• Technical repair work on products
• Assist sales representative with shipping
